Website privacy

Your information, explained.

What we receive and why

When you submit a form on northmining.ca, North Mining receives the contact details and work information you provide. We use it to reply to your inquiry, support request, or account question.

We do not sell the information submitted through these forms. Inquiries are delivered to our private contact inbox. Verify to reveal our email address.

If you arrive through a campaign or industry link, the inquiry can include that link's campaign labels so we know which page led to your message. The website does not need a tracking cookie for this.

Website security

We use short-lived security data to prevent automated form abuse. Email disclosure requires Cloudflare Turnstile verification. Cloudflare processes technical browser and network signals for this check and, when enabled on contact forms, to verify submissions.

Request deletion

To request deletion of a website inquiry, use the contact form or reveal our email address and write from the email account used on the form.

What this notice covers

North Mining Dispatch customer accounts are separate from this public website. A customer account may contain names, phone numbers, addresses, route assignments, GPS/arrival data, service photos, messages, and payment or booking records that a customer chooses to enter. Those records are processed to operate dispatch, customer updates, field evidence, support, backups, and security controls; they are not collected by this website contact form.

Customer-account retention, legal holds, subprocessors, and cross-border processing depend on the customer agreement and service configuration. Ask your account owner or email us before making a deletion request so an approved retention or legal-hold decision can be recorded.

For a website inquiry, email a deletion request from the address used on the form. We verify the request, redact the inquiry from the operational lead store, preserve only the minimum audit and delivery evidence, and record anything that must be retained for a documented legal or security reason. Redaction does not recall an email that has already reached an inbox or a backup; those systems require their own approved retention process.
